Your Mission:
As the People and Culture Manager at Reflex Aerospace, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture, attracting top talent, and ensuring our Peoples Operations run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact managing all aspects of People Operations, including recruiting.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and oversee an effective onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to our culture, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Manage the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for all employees.
  • Collaborate with managers to set clear performance goals and development plans.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
