Mechatronics Technician (all genders)

Your Mission:
- Assemble, solder, test, troubleshoot, and rework electronic boards, modules, PCBs, cables, and harnesses.
- Build, verify, and integrate cable harnesses and electronic assemblies for satellite avionics and subsystem applications.
- Perform electrical measurements, inspections, and fault diagnostics to ensure product quality, reliability and compliance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Assemble, integrate, inspect, and disassemble satellite engineering models, prototypes, and subsystem demonstrators.
- Support environmental and functional test campaigns, including setup, execution, data collection, and post-test activities.
- Support engineering teams during development, validation, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Manage component inventory, production documentation, laboratory operations, equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
Your Background:
- Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in assembling, integrating and testing electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in soldering, cable harness manufacturing and PCB assembly/rework.
- Experience with electrical measurements, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and documentation in a laboratory or production environment.
- High-quality workmanship with Class 3 electronics.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills in English.
- Experience with Altium Designer, laboratory equipment, aerospace hardware, or experience with Python is a plus.
